A Promotional Transfer is a tool that allows you to move money from one fundraiser to another within your nonprofit account.

Step 1: Sign In to your Pure Charity Account https://www.purecharity.com/signin

Step 2: Click on your Field Partner Account 

Step 3: Under the Accounting section on the left hand side click on Promotional Transfer

Step 4: Click on + New Promotional Transfer

Step 5: Fill out which fundraiser you are wanting to transfer from to the fundraiser you are transferring to and click Submit 

Step 6: You will now be able to see the promotional transfer listed in the ledger

Please note: In the itemization of your grant, the funds will populate in the original fundraiser the funds were donated to
