As an Accounting Admin you have a few additional abilities than being just an Admin.
1. Grants: Accounting Admins are able to have access to the "Grants" tab in the dashboard. In the "Grants" tab, you are able to request grants, see a break down of what fundraisers each grant is for, and see any past paid grants if they are needed for audit purposes.
2. Invoices: Accounting Admins receive an email when an invoice is created and are able to access the "Invoice" tab in the dashboard.
3. Lockbox: If your Organization has a personal Lockbox through Pure Charity, Accounting Admins will have access to the Lockbox to process checks.
4. Accounting Team Questions: If our accounting team ever has any questions regarding invoices, billing or grants, they will email all Accounting Admins on your Field Partner account.
