Pure Charity charges a monthly package fee based on which Pure Charity services are used and per transaction processing fee to cover the cost of credit card fees, end-of-year billing, system maintenance, and various administrative tasks.

Why isn't it free?  

Great question.

1. We want to be able to provide you with the very best tools we can to help raise funds.  
2. Credit Card fees...ugh.
3. Other Nonprofit software platforms that say they are free...really aren't.  Dig into the details and you'll see that the fees are collected somewhere from someone.  If you want to compare a specific platform, let us know.  We think we've built some of the very best tools there are to help raise money.  
4. Technology keeps moving forward, adoption regulations change, IRS Laws...well...they aren't easy to keep track of, and we are staying on top of it.
