For all Donations processed via Pure Charity, Donors are automatically provided with End-of-Year Giving Statements that can be used for tax reporting purposes.
Per IRS regulations, End-of-Year Giving Statements are distributed by January 31st each year.
End-of-Year Giving Statements are sent via email to the Donor's email address on record, or via mail for Donors who do not have an email address on record.
Note: End-of-Year Giving Statements sent via mail are only sent to Donors who gave $250 or more for the calendar year (per IRS regulations).
End-of-Year Giving Statements can also be downloaded from a Donor's Giving Account by following the instructions below.
Step 1: Sign In to your Pure Charity Giving Account or click the following link to sign in https://www.purecharity.com/signin
- If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new Password from "Forgot Your Password?" (https://www.purecharity.com/forgot_password).
- For any other issues, please contact our Help Desk (https://go.purecharity.com/customer-support/).
Step 2: Select "Statements" from the User Dashboard.
Step 3: Select the Statement option to Download.
Note: If a donor gave to different Nonprofit organizations that use Pure Charity, they may need to select the "Change Field Partner" from the dropdown menu.
