Updating Apple Pay: 
You will need to update the payment credentials for Apple Pay within your Apple Wallet. To Resume a Recurring Donation please follow the instructions halfway down this article titled "If your Recurring Donation was Stopped or Paused, you will need to manually Resume your Donations"

Updating PayPal: 
You will need to update the payment credentials for PayPal within your PayPal Wallet. To Resume a Recurring Donation please follow the instructions halfway down this article titled "If your Recurring Donation was Stopped or Paused, you will need to manually Resume your Donations"

Updating Credit Card: 

Follow these steps. 

Step 2:  From your User Dashboard, select the Account tab on the top right of the screen

Step 3: From the Account screen click on Recurring Donations

Step 4: Select the recurring donation that needs its payment method update and select Update Payment Method

Step 5: A prompt will appear on the screen and let you know the process. Select Ok to move forward and update your Credit Card information 

Step 6: Follow the steps on the next screen prompting you to select the donation amount as well to enter your updated payment method details. Once complete your donations payment method will be updated successfully. 

(Please note this process must be done for each individual recurring donation that needs the payment method to be updated) 

Having trouble?

• Make sure to confirm all the information (i.e. the address, zip code, etc.) is entered correctly.
• Disable the use of your browser's Autofill features.
