Why Am I Receiving A "Forbidden" Message When Trying to Update My Card?

Trying to update your card and keep getting directed to a screen that says "Forbidden" or just a message telling you to contact support? This is because you have not confirmed your account, so you are unable to view your credit card information as a security measure. This can easily be resolved by finding your email you received from Pure Charity upon creating your account asking you to confirm your account OR just copy and paste the email below and send it to us at purecharity.com so that we can quickly confirm your account for you and send you own your way!
