That sounds like a great move for your sponsorship program! We are so excited about that for you!
In order for us to update this information, we will need the following:
1. Authorization from each of your donors stating that they approve this price increase.
2. We will need them to confirm the email associated with their account
The best way to get this information is to send out a google form to all your donors with a questionnaire where they can check the box that they approve the price increase and they can type their email out to confirm their account.
Then, the please collect all this data from those donors into one document and send it over to us and we can then update the sponsorships from there.
You can choose to do it a different way, we just need the authorization of the price increase and email associated with the account and we need to know it was the donor who approved this.
