Within our sponsorship program, you have the ability to have your child appear as active or inactive. Every child starts out marked as active. You can change your child to inactive for safety reasons, management issues, or other specific reasons. Any child that is inactive will remain in your sponsorship dashboard but won't appear on any public profile.

Please Note (If sponsorship has an active recurring donor you must first transfer the donor to another sponsorship or cancel the recurring donation before making the profile inactive) 

Step 1: Sign in to your Pure Charity Account https://www.purecharity.com/signin

Step 2: Select your Field Partner Account

Step 3: From your dashboard, click Sponsorships on the far left column. Next, select the sponsorship program that contains the profile that you want to edit.

STEP 2: Select the gear icon next to Sponsorship Actions and select Inactivate or Activate
