As an organization, you have the ability to set a Custom or Post-Donation Redirect Link. 

This feature allows you to manage the Donor experience after the donor makes a donation.

For example, you can redirect the donor to a specific page on your website where you can provide additional information, express gratitude or offer other opportunities to engage with your organization.

There are three options for setting Custom or Post-Donation Redirect Links:

1. Nonprofit Account Level - This is the default (master) setting for all Post-Donation redirects for all Fundraisers and Sponsorship Programs created within the Nonprofit Account.
2. Fundraiser Level - A Fundraiser Level Post-Donation Redirect will control the activity for a single fundraiser and overrule the Nonprofit Account Level Redirect settings.
3. Sponsorship Program Level - A Sponsorship Program level Post-Donation Redirect will control the activity for a Sponsorship Program and overrule the Nonprofit Account Level Redirect setting.
   
   

Nonprofit Account Level

Step 1: Sign In to your Pure Charity Account https://www.purecharity.com/signin

Step 2: Select your Field Partner Account 

Step 3:  On the left hand menu click Custom Redirect under the Setting tab

Step 4:  Enter a valid webpage (URL) on your website and click "Create Redirect"

Fundraiser Custom Redirects

Step 1: From your Nonprofit Dashboard, select Fundraisers.

Step 2:  Click the Fundraiser name you would like to add a Custom Redirect link to.

Step 4: From the Fundraiser Dashboard, click the Redirect Link tab on the left-hand side of the page.

Step 5: On this page, insert the URL you wish to redirect your donors in the field. Last click "Create Redirect" button. You will now have a Custom Redirect link in place for your Donors.  

Sponsorship Program Custom Redirects

Step 1: From your Nonprofit Dashboard, select Sponsorships.

Step 2:  Click the Sponsorship Program you would like to add a Custom Redirect link to.

Step 4: From the Sponsorship Dashboard, click the Redirect Link tab on the left-hand side of the page.

Step 5: On this page, insert the URL you wish to redirect your donors in the field. Last click "Create Redirect" button. You will now have a Custom Redirect link in place for your Donors.
