Plan Management: Remove a Package

So you're a nonprofit organization and you need to remove a package from your account.  Follow these simple steps:

Step 1:  Login to your Field Partner Dashboard, then select 'Billing' on the left-hand menu. 

Step 2:  Your Billing and Plan Management screen will appear.  Scroll down to find the package(s) that you would like to cancel and select 'Remove'.  A dialog box will appear asking you to confirm.  Select 'Okay'.    

Step 3:  A confirmation screen will appear stating 'We have submitted your request to remove your Premium Package' and you will see a red "Cancellation Requested' next to the package you chose to remove.  It can take up to 24 hours for your account to be reconciled and the package cancelled.
