What is the process for receipting and year end receipts?

At Pure Charity, we take care of all of your receipting needs! Donors receive receipts automatically after each donation made online, plus every donor receives a year end statement for their total giving.

Receipting Breakdown

Automated Donations

  • Any donor who gives online will receive a donation receipt immediately after their donations is made by email.
  • Any donor giving by check AND also has an email attached to their giving account will receive a receipt by email once the check has been processed.
  • Any donor giving by check WITHOUT an email will not receive a receipt until the end of year. This receipt will come via mail.

End Of Year Donations

  • All year end donations are sent around January 15th.
  • Any donor that has an email attached to their account will receive their year end statement by email.
  • Any donor that does not have an email attached to their account will receive their year end statement by mail.

Monthly Statements

  • Monthly statements are available to donors at the beginning of each month. Ex: The May statement will be available June 1st. These can be found on the Donations section under the Statements tab.
