Sharing your fundraiser is a vital element in reaching your goals. Here are some tips to help spread the word:
- Share your fundraiser page in social media (easy sharing links provided).
- Donate to your own fundraiser to show that you believe in your own cause.
- Ask a few friends or family members to donate as soon as you launch your fundraiser. This builds momentum right out of the gate and also ask them to share it as well.
- Establish a matching grant.
It's super easy!
Step 1: Go to your fundraiser page and scroll down until you see the Share Section located on the right side of the page. It will look like this:
Step 2: Click the Email, Facebook or Twitter button to share your fundraiser on those social platforms. Our personal favorite option is to copy the link and share anywhere by clicking the Gray chainlink.
If you have friends/family that would like to support your trip via a check, and are not fans of going online to give, you can always download the donation form and send them directions for how to mail in a check.
