What is a Giving Fund?

A Giving Fund is link a Savings Account for Charitable Funds.

When you add money to your Giving Fund (also known as a Donor Advised Fund), you receive a tax donation receipt for making a Charitable contribution because Pure Charity is a nonprofit organization.

Once money is deposited into your Giving Fund, then money can be donated to any Fundraiser, Nonprofit (aka Field Partner), or Sponsorship program within Pure Charity.

Simply stated, a Giving Fund allows you to make charitable contributions to many charitable fundraisers at any time from one central fund that you control.  

Also, a Giving Fund is especially useful at the end of the year to receive a charitable contribution and then donate the funds in the follow year.
