Why am I receiving the error message "Your email is already taken"?

If you're trying to sign in to your Pure Charity account and you get the error 'Your email is already taken", this means that a duplicate account was created under your email address at some point. No worries!  We can easily fix this for you. Please use the template below to email help@purecharity.com.
