Pure Charity monitors communications and all member feedback regarding Field Partners performance or issues. Should a complaint or an accusation arise, Pure Charity will take one or more of the following actions:
- Investigate the issue and leave the Field Partner as active member until the issue is substantiated, or provide a specific time period for the organization to resolve the issue.
- Suspend the Field Partner and not allow further donations to be received until the issue is resolved.
- Revoke approval of the organization and eliminate it from Pure Charity.
