So you are currently not on a grant schedule with Pure Charity, and you would like to request some or all of your grants? 

Requesting All Grants:

Step 1:  Go to https://purecharity.com/ and "SIGN IN" to your Pure Charity account.

Step 2:  Once logged in, go to the dashboard of the field partner you wish to request grants for.  From here, you will select the link to your grants page:

Step 3: In the grants menu, click on the words "Request All Grants" to request all available funds.

Step 4: After clicking the request all grants button, you will have to approve it. To do so, just click on the "Request Grant" button.  The system will now process the grant, and revert you back to the grant screen.

Requesting Part of your available funds:

Step 1:  Go to https://purecharity.com/ and "SIGN IN" to your Pure Charity account.

Step 2:  Once logged in, go to the dashboard of the field partner you wish to request grants for.  From here, you will select the link to your grants page:

Step 3:  In the grants menu, you can choose to grant from a particular fundraiser, sponsorship, or trip.  To choose the funds you wish to grant, simply hover over the amount of the grant, and a request grants button will appear.  At this point, you simply click the button to request that individual grant.

Step 4:  After clicking the request grant button, you will have to approve it. To do so, just click on the "Request Grant" button.  The system will now process the grant, and revert you back to the grant screen where you can choose to request more grants.

Please note that funds are disbursed approximately five business days after the Grant Request has been made to allow for donations to be settled from the various financial partners before disbursement to your organization.
