So your donor has reached out to you saying they have misplaced their initial receipt. You can now resend receipts for your donors from your nonprofit's Dashboard! Follow these four simple steps to provide your donors with their donation receipts either by email or by print out.
Step 1: Log in at purecharity.com and go to your Managed Field Partner Dashboard.
Step 2: Click 'Donations' in the far left menu.
Step 3: Next to the desired donor, click either the envelope icon to email a receipt or the printer icon to print out a physical copy.
**Note: You can filter the donation dates to capture the date range you are looking for.**
Step 4: Click 'OK' to send or download the receipt!
That's it! Your donor's receipt will be emailed or printed for you to send to them. It's that easy.
