Why am I receiving a "Forbidden" message when trying to update my card?

Are you trying to update your card but you keep getting directed to a screen that says "Forbidden" or just a message telling you to contact support?  This is because you have not confirmed your account, so you are unable to view your credit card information as a security measure.

This can easily be resolved by finding the confirmation email you would have received from Pure Charity upon creating your account or we can easily fix this for you. Please use the template below to email help@purecharity.com.

Hi Pure Charity! 

My name is ____ and the email address associated with my account is ________. I'm trying to update my credit card and keep receiving the Forbidden message. Please confirm my account and send me instructions for updating my card!
